01 — The idea

One language,
for everyone

Most languages carry centuries of complexity. Kiliki was built the other way around — starting from the simplest possible set of sounds and shapes, so that anyone, anywhere, can pick it up in an afternoon.

Its script is geometric and phonetic: every letter is a sound, every sound is a letter. There are no silent letters, no exceptions to memorise. The same compact alphabet is used to write and to read, which is why Kiliki travels so easily between speakers of different mother tongues.
